Founder Safety Kit
Terms of Sale and Use
These terms explain how Founder Safety Kit is sold, delivered, supported, and used. They work together with our License Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Support Policy, Security page, and Production Transparency page.
1. About Founder Safety Kit
Founder Safety Kit provides practical documentation materials for small businesses, founders, and teams. The kit is designed to help customers organize essential records, responsibilities, access notes, vendor details, continuity information, and review routines.
Founder Safety Kit is a practical documentation track. It does not define your business foundation, replace your internal judgment, or act as a formal standard, certification, audit, legal service, compliance framework, cybersecurity service, or incident-response provider.
Founder Safety Kit is currently operated under the public name Founder Safety Kit. Formal business entity details and governing-law terms may be updated if a legal entity is formed or after legal review.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, to purchase, access, or use Founder Safety Kit.
If you purchase, access, or use Founder Safety Kit on behalf of a company, team, organization, employer, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to do so and to bind that organization to the applicable terms.
3. Digital product sale
Founder Safety Kit is sold as a one-time digital product. At launch, the product is delivered as a ZIP package containing PDF materials and spreadsheets.
Founder Safety Kit does not require customer accounts. Access is provided through private download delivery after purchase, subject to security checks, download limits, and license verification.
Because this is a digital product, you are responsible for confirming that you selected the correct license tier before purchase.
4. Paddle checkout
Purchases are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, receipts, fraud checks, chargebacks, and certain refund processes.
Founder Safety Kit does not directly collect or store full payment card details. Payment and billing information may be handled by Paddle according to Paddle’s own terms and privacy notices.
Accepting Founder Safety Kit terms does not replace, modify, satisfy, or extend to any Paddle terms, payment terms, tax obligations, or third-party agreements that may apply to your purchase.
5. License tiers and download access
Your permitted use depends on the license tier you purchase. Download limits control file delivery and abuse prevention. They do not expand the license scope.
| License | Internal use scope | Download access |
|---|---|---|
| Founder License | One individual / one internal project | 5 downloads / 7 days |
| Team License | One company / up to 10 internal users | 15 downloads / 14 days |
| Business License | One company / up to 50 internal users | 50 downloads / 30 days |
If your download link expires or you reach the download limit, contact support with your Paddle receipt. Founder Safety Kit may issue a replacement link after verifying the purchase, license type, and download/access records. Replacement links are provided at our discretion and may be limited or refused if misuse, abuse, excessive requests, suspicious activity, or license violations are suspected.
6. License terms control product use
Founder Safety Kit materials are licensed, not sold outright. Your purchase gives you permission to use the materials within the scope of your purchased license tier.
The full rules for permitted use, prohibited use, internal copying, modification, backups, sharing, branding, ownership, AI restrictions, public posting, screenshots, client delivery, termination, and enforcement are explained in our License Terms.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Sale and Use and the License Terms about how Founder Safety Kit materials may be used, the License Terms control that product-use question.
7. Refunds
Because Founder Safety Kit is a digital product, refunds may be limited once files are accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or Paddle policy.
If you purchased Founder Safety Kit by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded the product files, you may contact support to request a refund. Refund eligibility may be checked against Paddle transaction records and Founder Safety Kit download/access records before any refund is approved.
Refund requests, chargebacks, fraud checks, and payment disputes may also be subject to Paddle’s processes and policies.
8. Support scope
Founder Safety Kit support is intended for purchase, access, file, license, and general product questions. Support may include:
- Download problems.
- Expired link questions.
- Receipt or license verification.
- Broken or corrupted files.
- Product access issues.
- Typo or correction reports.
- General product questions.
We aim to respond within 3 business days, but response times may vary depending on volume, weekends, holidays, and the nature of the request.
9. What support does not include
Founder Safety Kit does not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, cybersecurity, compliance, or incident-response advice. We do not complete worksheets for customers, review private business records, audit customer documents, certify customer practices, or provide personalized security or compliance review.
Founder Safety Kit may answer general product questions, but we may refuse or limit requests that would require professional advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their business.
10. Do not send sensitive information
Please only send information directly related to your purchase, download, receipt, license tier, or product access issue.
Do not send passwords, API keys, MFA recovery codes, private keys, seed phrases, payment card data, customer records, sensitive incident evidence, confidential vendor contracts, completed worksheets with private business records, or other sensitive operational records.
Founder Safety Kit does not collect, host, review, verify, protect, or control completed customer files stored in the customer’s own systems.
11. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for their own internal business practices, decisions, records, policies, workflows, compliance obligations, and implementation choices.
Use of Founder Safety Kit does not transfer responsibility for a customer’s business operations to Founder Safety Kit. Customers are responsible for deciding whether the materials are appropriate for their size, industry, country, risk level, legal obligations, contractual obligations, internal practices, and professional needs.
Customers are also responsible for checking the current version of any third-party guidance, law, regulation, policy, standard, agreement, or external resource before relying on it for their own business decisions.
12. No guaranteed outcomes
Founder Safety Kit is intended to support internal organization, documentation habits, workflow clarity, and operational recordkeeping.
We do not guarantee that using the kit will produce efficiency gains, cost savings, time savings, risk reduction, compliance readiness, improved security, improved operations, or improved business performance.
Product descriptions, marketing language, educational content, examples, screenshots, previews, testimonials, or customer statements are provided for general context only. They do not guarantee any specific legal, compliance, cybersecurity, operational, financial, time-saving, cost-saving, or business result.
13. Third-party references
Founder Safety Kit may reference third-party websites, tools, vendors, standards, guidance, agencies, or resources for context or convenience. Those references do not mean Founder Safety Kit endorses, controls, guarantees, certifies, sponsors, approves, or is responsible for those third parties.
Third-party names, trademarks, websites, services, documents, tools, and terms belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for reviewing and following any third-party terms, licenses, privacy notices, policies, agreements, or requirements that apply to your own use of third-party resources.
14. Human-led production and support
Founder Safety Kit is human-led, AI-assisted, and human-approved. AI tools may support drafting, editing, research organization, formatting, and production workflow, but final product decisions are made by a human publisher.
AI is not used to process customer worksheets, passwords, API keys, incident notes, vendor inventories, access records, or private business records.
Customer support is not handled by AI chatbots. Every support email is read and considered by a real person.
15. Policy updates
Founder Safety Kit may update product files, contents, pricing, license terms, download limits, support policies, and website policies over time.
If support scope or related policies are reviewed or changed, Founder Safety Kit will update the relevant policy pages. A customer’s rights are generally tied to the license tier, product version, and terms in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated, required by law, needed for security or abuse prevention, or accepted by the customer.
16. No special relationship
Purchase, access, or use of Founder Safety Kit does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, professional-client relationship, attorney-client relationship, consultant-client relationship, or advisory relationship between you and Founder Safety Kit.
You may not state or imply that Founder Safety Kit endorses, sponsors, certifies, approves, audits, partners with, supervises, verifies, reviews, or guarantees your business, documents, compliance status, security practices, or internal operations.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founder Safety Kit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, data-loss, reputation-loss, business-interruption, operational-disruption, or similar damages arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the kit, website, files, downloads, or related materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founder Safety Kit’s total liability for any claim related to the kit, the website, the purchase, or the license will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Founder Safety Kit license giving rise to the claim.
18. General terms
If any part of these Terms of Sale and Use is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
Failure by Founder Safety Kit to enforce any part of these terms does not waive our right to enforce that part later. Any waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific situation described.
These Terms of Sale and Use, together with the applicable License Terms and official policy pages, represent the agreement between you and Founder Safety Kit regarding your purchase and use of the product. They replace prior or conflicting statements about the same subject unless Founder Safety Kit expressly states otherwise in writing.
Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms. If these terms are translated into another language, the English-language version will control unless Founder Safety Kit expressly states otherwise.
