Founder Safety Kit
Privacy Policy
Founder Safety Kit is designed to avoid collecting the private business records that the kit helps you organize.
1. Our privacy approach
Founder Safety Kit is an offline-first digital documentation product. The kit helps customers organize business records locally within their own systems. We do not operate a customer dashboard for completed worksheets, business records, vendor inventories, incident notes, access records, or private operational files.
Our privacy approach is simple: collect as little as reasonably needed to sell, deliver, protect, and support the product.
2. Information we do not collect
Founder Safety Kit does not collect, host, review, verify, protect, or control completed customer files stored in the customer’s own systems.
We do not ask customers to enter or upload:
- Completed worksheets or spreadsheets.
- Passwords or password lists.
- API keys, private keys, seed phrases, or MFA recovery codes.
- Vendor inventories or access records.
- Incident notes or sensitive incident evidence.
- Customer records or private business records.
- Confidential contracts or internal operational documents.
- Full payment card data.
Customers should not send this type of information to Founder Safety Kit by email or through support requests.
3. Information we may receive or store
To sell, deliver, protect, and support Founder Safety Kit, we may receive or store limited information such as:
- Name.
- Email address.
- Paddle order or transaction ID.
- Purchased license tier.
- Download token metadata.
- Download or access count.
- Support email contents.
- Basic technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
This information is used to process purchases, provide access, verify licenses, respond to support requests, investigate abuse, protect downloads, and maintain the website.
4. Paddle checkout and payment data
Purchases are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, receipts, fraud checks, chargebacks, and certain refund processes.
Founder Safety Kit does not directly collect or store full payment card details. Payment, billing, tax, fraud, and receipt information may be handled by Paddle according to Paddle’s own terms and privacy notices.
Accepting Founder Safety Kit policies does not replace or modify Paddle’s own terms, privacy notices, payment rules, or legal obligations.
5. Download delivery and security logs
Founder Safety Kit may use private download links, access tokens, download limits, access logs, security checks, file versioning, license notices, watermarking, checksums, or other reasonable abuse-prevention methods.
Download and access records may be used to verify purchases, enforce license terms, troubleshoot delivery issues, evaluate refund eligibility, issue replacement links, investigate suspicious activity, and protect the product from misuse.
6. Website analytics
Founder Safety Kit may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic website usage, performance, and traffic patterns.
Analytics helps us improve the site without requiring customer accounts or collecting completed worksheet data, passwords, API keys, vendor inventories, incident notes, access records, or private business records.
7. Email support
If you contact support, we may receive your email address, message contents, purchase details you provide, and related support information.
Please only send information directly related to your purchase, download, receipt, license tier, or product access issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, MFA recovery codes, private keys, seed phrases, payment card data, customer records, sensitive incident evidence, confidential vendor contracts, completed worksheets with private business records, or other sensitive operational records.
Customer support is not handled by AI chatbots. Every support email is read and considered by a real person.
8. AI and customer information
Founder Safety Kit is human-led, AI-assisted, and human-approved. AI tools may support drafting, editing, research organization, formatting, and production workflow, but final product decisions are made by a human publisher.
AI is not used to process customer worksheets, passwords, API keys, incident notes, vendor inventories, access records, completed records, or private business records.
9. Email marketing
Founder Safety Kit does not operate an email newsletter at launch. If an optional newsletter or product update list is added later, it will be presented separately and will require voluntary signup.
10. We do not sell customer data
Founder Safety Kit does not sell or rent customer personal data. We do not share customer personal data for unrelated third-party advertising or marketing.
11. When information may be shared
We may share limited information only when reasonably needed to operate, protect, or support Founder Safety Kit. This may include sharing information with service providers involved in payment processing, website hosting, security, email, product delivery, analytics, or support.
We may also share information if required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, license enforcement, chargeback handling, security protection, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Founder Safety Kit, customers, or others.
12. Customer responsibility for completed records
Completed worksheets, spreadsheets, internal records, backups, exports, and copies may contain sensitive business information depending on what you enter into them. You are responsible for storing, securing, backing up, sharing, redacting, and limiting access to completed materials within your own systems.
Founder Safety Kit does not collect, host, review, verify, protect, or control completed customer files stored outside our delivery system.
13. Third-party websites and services
Founder Safety Kit may link to or reference third-party websites, tools, vendors, payment providers, standards, agencies, guidance, or other resources for context or convenience.
Third-party names, trademarks, websites, services, documents, tools, and terms belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for reviewing and following any third-party terms, licenses, privacy notices, policies, agreements, or requirements that apply to your own use of third-party resources.
Accepting Founder Safety Kit policies does not replace, modify, satisfy, or extend to any third-party agreement or obligation.
14. Policy updates
Founder Safety Kit may update this Privacy Policy as the product, website, delivery system, support process, analytics approach, legal requirements, or business structure changes.
If privacy practices are reviewed or changed, Founder Safety Kit will update the relevant policy pages.
