Founder Safety Kit

Refund Policy

Founder Safety Kit is a one-time digital download. This page explains when refunds may be available and how refund requests are reviewed.

If you purchased by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded the product files, you may contact support to request a refund. Once files are accessed or downloaded, refunds may be limited except where required by law or Paddle policy.

Refund Policy Version: 1.0
Effective Date: To be added before launch
Purchase and refund support:support@foundersafetykit.com
Legal, license, or misuse reports:legal@foundersafetykit.com

1. Digital product refund approach

Founder Safety Kit is sold as a one-time digital product. At launch, the product is delivered as a ZIP package containing PDF materials and spreadsheets.

Because digital files can be copied, stored, backed up, and used immediately after access, refunds may be limited once the product files are accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or Paddle policy.

2. Accidental purchases before download

If you purchased Founder Safety Kit by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded the product files, you may contact support to request a refund.

Refund eligibility may be checked against Paddle transaction records and Founder Safety Kit download/access records before any refund is approved.

A refund request is not automatically approved simply because a request is submitted. Founder Safety Kit may review the purchase, license tier, access records, download records, fraud indicators, and any relevant support history.

3. After files are accessed or downloaded

Once Founder Safety Kit files are accessed or downloaded, refunds may be limited except where required by law or Paddle policy.

Accessing or downloading the product means the digital materials may have been copied, backed up, printed, shared internally, or otherwise used. For that reason, post-access refunds are reviewed carefully and may be refused.

4. Paddle refund process

Purchases are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, receipts, fraud checks, chargebacks, and certain refund processes.

Refund requests, chargebacks, fraud checks, and payment disputes may be subject to Paddle’s processes, policies, and legal obligations.

Founder Safety Kit does not directly collect or store full payment card details.

5. Download limits are not refund rights

Download limits are used for delivery control and abuse prevention. They do not expand the license scope and do not create an automatic refund right.

LicenseDownload access
Founder License5 downloads / 7 days
Team License15 downloads / 14 days
Business License50 downloads / 30 days

If your download link expires or you reach the download limit, contact support with your Paddle receipt. Founder Safety Kit may issue a replacement link after verifying the purchase, license type, and download/access records.

6. Replacement links

Replacement download links may be issued at Founder Safety Kit’s discretion after purchase verification and review of download/access records.

Replacement links may be limited or refused if misuse, abuse, excessive requests, suspicious activity, fraud, chargeback abuse, or license violations are suspected.

A replacement link is not a refund. It is a limited access-support option for customers with a verified purchase.

7. When refunds may be refused

Founder Safety Kit may refuse a refund request where permitted by law and applicable Paddle policy, including when:

  • The product files have already been accessed or downloaded.
  • Download/access records indicate the product was delivered.
  • The request appears abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.
  • The request follows a license violation or unauthorized sharing.
  • The customer has engaged in chargeback abuse or payment misuse.
  • The customer requests a refund because the kit was not personalized professional advice.
  • The customer expected legal, tax, financial, insurance, cybersecurity, compliance, or incident-response advice that the product does not provide.

8. Product expectations

Founder Safety Kit provides general documentation materials and practical workflow support. It is not legal, tax, financial, insurance, cybersecurity, compliance, or incident-response advice.

Founder Safety Kit is intended to support internal organization, documentation habits, workflow clarity, and operational recordkeeping. We do not guarantee efficiency gains, cost savings, time savings, risk reduction, compliance readiness, improved security, improved operations, or improved business performance.

Product descriptions, examples, screenshots, previews, testimonials, or educational content are provided for general context only and are not guarantees of specific results.

9. How to request a refund

To request a refund review, contact:support@foundersafetykit.com.

Include only information directly related to your purchase, such as:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • Your Paddle receipt or order reference.
  • The license tier purchased.
  • A short explanation of the refund request.

Do not send passwords, API keys, MFA recovery codes, private keys, seed phrases, payment card data, customer records, sensitive incident evidence, confidential vendor contracts, completed worksheets, or private business records.

10. Policy updates

Founder Safety Kit may update this Refund Policy as the product, payment system, delivery process, legal requirements, Paddle processes, or business structure changes.

If refund or access policies are reviewed or changed, Founder Safety Kit will update the relevant policy pages.
